Arrival & check-in

How a ride day works

  1. 1

    Book your ride

Choose your experience and follow the booking instructions to get started. Guided rides, camping and parking each have their own simple reservation process.

  2. 2

    Download the offline map

While you still have signal, save the trail package — the canyon has dead zones.

  3. 3

Scan the QR at the trailhead

Your pass unlocks the interactive map, GPS, waypoints and audio stories for your ride.

  4. 4

    Mark Safe when you're back

At the trailer, tap Mark Safe so we know everyone is off the trail. Your ride recap and photos land in your inbox.

What to bring

Horses, trailers & gear

  • Your own horses — Canyons Wyld camping and riding are exclusively for guests traveling with their own horses.
  • Current health papers for your horses, hay and water buckets; campsites are primitive with water available nearby.
  • A fully charged phone with the trail package downloaded; a small battery pack is a good idea.
  • Helmet, sun protection, layers and plenty of water — high-desert weather swings quickly.
  • Trailer-ready rig: pull-through day-use spaces are reserved in advance on the parking page.

Trail safety

Ride prepared

  • Stay on marked routes and respect private-land boundaries.
  • Register every rider — it is how we account for everyone on the trail.
  • Call 911 in an emergency; your emergency contact is on file from registration.
  • First visit? A guide is recommended on the technical loops.
